Return conditions
Returned items must:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Made to order items
Items that are made to order are produced specifically for you.
These items are excluded from return, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If your made-to-order item arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately at

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the return.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Duties and taxes
Any customs duties, taxes or additional charges incurred on return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
